硕士研究课题:自顶向下的基于立体注意力网络的3D质量评价 Towards Top-Down Stereoscopic Image Quality Assessment via Stereo Attention

- 针对人类视觉系统(HVS)中的自顶向下(Top-Down)特性设计3D质量评价网络。将已有的注意力模块SE、CBAM、GC等抽象为统一结构,并针对立体图像双信号输入输出的特点,重新建模为立体注意力模块。 Designed a CNN-based SIQA model from the top-down perspective according to HVS. Analyzed and abstracted existing attention modules (SE, CBAM, GC) and rebuilt them for 3D scenarios as Stereo AttenTion structure in three components: Dynamic Fusion & Extraction, Non-Linear Fitting, and Top-Down Modulation.
- 引入能量系数自适应调节立体信号幅度,采用双池化策略筛选关键质量信息。 Introduced Energy Coefficient to adaptively tune the magnitude of the binocular response, and employed a dual-pooling strategy to screen critical quality information.
- 独立完成该项科研工作,所提方法在质量评价经典数据集上均取得SOTA性能。 主要技术栈 Tech Stack:Python,PyTorch,Matlab。

- 调查立体图像质量评价领域的研究背景及现状,学习人类视觉系统和深度学习方法的理论基础。 Researched the background and contemporary landscape of SIQA, studied the theoretical knowledge of the Human Visual System and Deep Learning.
- 构造密集连接卷积神经网络,将融合图像和视差图像分别作为网络的两个输入,通过改进SE模块来实现视差图像对融合图像的加权指导。 Developed a CNN architecture featuring densely connected blocks, utilized Cyclopean image blocks and disparity map blocks as inputs for the network, modified the SE block to achieve the weighted guidance of disparity maps to Cyclopean images.

- 查阅大量Re-ID领域文献,在此论文基础上提出进一步改进方案:引入局部特征作为辅助,减少行人姿态复杂多变导致的错误偏差,提升模型性能。 Reviewed literature within the realm of Re-ID and proposed a further enhancement based on the original paper. Specifically, introduced local features as an aid to mitigate performance degradation attributed to complexities of pedestrian gestures, and environmental noise.
- 复现的模型在 Market-1501 数据集上的Rank-1准确度为74.5(原文为80.3);模型改进后,Rank-1准确度提升到79.7,其余性能指标也有显著提升。 Re-implementation results on Market-1501 database: 74.5 (Rank-1, original 80.3); Enhanced performance: 79.7 (Rank-1).
- 在《深度学习》课程项目展示中获得前三名,赢得奖金400元;本课程获得满分100分。 Ranked Top 3 in the assignment presentation, awarded a ¥400 prize. Grade of Deep Learning: 100 (Top 1).

My "native" programming languages, I've worked with them for 2 years. I've used Python for CNN algorithm development with PyTorch in the field of Image Quality Assessment (IQA), Computer Vision (CV), as well as Matlab for data pre-processing.
